"Return of The Selecter" is a new instrumental recorded to mark 30 years since the original track "The Selecter" was, together with "Gangsters" by The Specials, released as part of the 1st 2Tone Records single. This record peaked at 6 in the British chart in July 1979 and established The Specials and 2Tone Records and led to the success of the band I formed a few months later called The Selecter. The band's first release was "On My Radio".
